Returns & Refund Policy

BareForm Boutique is a trading name of House of Wallace LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
